KENTUCKY STATE CHAPTER

GUIDELINES FOR SUPER FUND REQUESTS

APPROVED JULY 2002, REVISED 2008

SCROLL DOWN FOR SUPER FUND STATUS REPORT

MARCH 26, 2009

Hello to all Local Chapter Leaders and Committee Members,

The current economic situation has forced many of us to tighten our belts and make wiser financial decisions when choosing where and how to spend our finances.  These financial decisions are also having an impact on our state’s Super Fund Hunting Heritage Banquets and Super Fund account.

In order to ensure the Super Fund can provide Super Fund dollars to all local chapters for the year, the Kentucky State Chapter Board of Directors have considered and approved the immediate reduction of current allocations for all 5-Star programs in the state.

Effective immediately, all 5-Star allocations are now $250.00 per Super Fund request. These 5-Star allocation reductions will affect the following:  SCHOLARSHIP REQUESTS, JAKES EVENTS REQUESTS, 4-H SHOOTING SPORTS/FFA/ARCHERY IN THE SCHOOLS REQUESTS, WHEELIN’ SPORTSMEN EVENTS REQUESTS AND SEED REQUESTS.

Sincerely,

Ken Dozer, State President

Kentucky State Chapter

National Wild Turkey Federation
